After enquiring about having just “2” packs of tape in extentions fitted which take no more than 40minutes, I was quoted 100 for this service & given a date & time straight away for my appointment. (With no consultation booked). I later realised I may not have enough hair for a full head (normally 4-6 packs) I became anxious about going forward with my appointment especially at that price I was expected to pay for 2 packs when I may not have enough hair. I contacted Rebecca to express my concerns & that a family member has offered to take a look & give me a lower price, I was given a response which I still have the conversation of which included “I should not be questioning her price”. So I decided to take a look at Rebecca’s website only to see a service offering a weave fit maintenance for 50 taking 1hr & 20mins so the website shows. It is with this that I questioned the price that I have been given for a service taking not even half the time required & with not even half the amount of hair in comparison to her service of a full weave fit maintenance. After sharing this misleading information on her booking site, I got a response saying “yes maybe I should change that”. I then suggested, perhaps you should of offered me a consultation for a new client. I was told I was rude & banned from her salon. I’m extremely disappointed, I was merely pointing out highly misleading information on the company website. I will not be recommending this place in the future. Lack of professionalism.
